Cancellation / Returns / Refund Policy

All cancellations or requests for refunds must be made in writing or by contacting carrentalspro directly. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7–10 business days depending on your payment method.


Payments made in a currency other than your local currency will be subject to conversion charges as determined by your bank or credit card issuer. Refunds will be issued in the same currency and to the original form of payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees vary depending on how close to the rental start date the cancellation is made. Some rental reservations are non-refundable, especially during peak seasons.


You can cancel by calling +1-833-726-4011, using our Live Chat feature, or emailing us at info@carrentalspro.com. Last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup) may not be eligible for any refund.


In case of unforeseen issues such as natural disasters, travel restrictions, or medical emergencies, please contact us immediately so we can assist and assess refund eligibility.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with the rental agreement and supplier terms. While we will work with vehicle providers to secure a refund, carrentalspro’s service fee is non-refundable.


Refunds for early returns, unused rental days, or cancellations after the rental period has started may not be applicable. Please review the rental contract carefully at the time of booking.


Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, etc.). Any promotional discounts applied at the time of booking will be deducted from the refund amount.


Please allow up to 7–10 business days for refunds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.


Changes and Rebooking

If you wish to modify your reservation (change pick-up/drop-off date, vehicle type, or location), please contact us as early as possible. Change requests are subject to availability and supplier approval and may incur additional charges.


Late Returns or No-Shows

Returning the vehicle late without prior notice may result in additional charges. No-shows (failure to pick up the vehicle on time without notice) may be treated as cancellations and could be non-refundable.


Insurance & Damage

Insurance coverage must be arranged before rental commencement. If you decline coverage and damage occurs, you may be held liable for repair costs. Refunds will not be provided for rentals interrupted due to accidents, traffic violations, or other issues outside carrentalspro’s control.


Important Notes
  • All modifications and cancellations are subject to the rental supplier's terms and conditions.
  • Vehicle availability is subject to change. If the booked vehicle is unavailable, a similar vehicle will be provided or a full refund issued.
  • Additional driver charges, fuel charges, and other add-ons are non-refundable once used.
  • Documentation may be required for refunds involving emergencies, delayed pickups, or denied vehicle access.
  • Special requests such as child seats, GPS devices, etc., are non-refundable once fulfilled.

Note: All service and handling fees charged by carrentalspro are non-refundable and subject to change without notice. These are separate from fees imposed by rental providers or financial institutions.
